Media Roll Size:

• 54" x 164' (max print size 53" x 150'), 60" x 164' (max print size 59" x 150'). Bigger size sticker prints can be created by printing vertical strips of smaller panels and installing them next to each other with a 1" overlap to create one large graphics on a wall, etc.

 Adhesive Vinyl Characteristics:

• 4.00 mil white vinyl with a gray back Adhesive layer. 1 mil poly liner in the back.  
• Adhesive vinyl with Eco-Solvent ink have a semi-gloss finish. UV ink have a matte finish.
• All vinyls contains anti-mildew chemicals, Moisture Resistance and UV fade resistance stabilizers
• Adhesive vinyl is water proof and washable. 

Please note: due to the nature of vinyl characteristics, a discrepancy of up 2" is possible when producing large scale sticker sizes. Vinyl can shrink from heat, or when rolled or folded in shipping.

Recommendation Hint: We suggest when ordering large scale adhesive vinyl graphics to order 5% bigger size vinyl than the intended installation surface size to ensure material is not too short from the height or width. Access material should be trimmed off when installation is completed.

Printing Resolution: 

• Full Color Printing in CMYK mode.

• Upon Graphic Approval of Proofs, 5 Business Days. (turn around times are subject to change if proof approval is delayd)
• Rush Printing is available for additional charge.

Warranty:  

• Solvent Ink printing on the custom banners are made with automotive-grade pigments designed to resist outdoor fading for 2 years of no more than 15%.
• UV Prints is with 3M UV ink and have a 5 Year outdoor fading warranty of no more than 15%.

• Applying Adhesive Vinyl needs little practice and material is easy to peel and self stick. However, for bigger size stickers experience is necessary and is key for a perfect installation.
• Self Adhesive Vinyl are very versatile that you can apply them on your windows, metal, rigid plastic and painted substrates or smooth walls and removes easily with a heat gun without leaving any damage on your wall.
• not recommended for wood surface installation.
• PERMENANT ADHESIVE VINYL: Designed for flat or curved walls or window surfaces and cannot be be removed.
• REMOVABLE ADHESIVE VINYL: Designed for flat or curved walls or window surfaces with clean removal up to 6 Months.
• Self Stick Adhesive vinyl, applied on the outside of the window, no special glue needed.

Before you begin:

• Wall graphics must be applied to a clean, smooth, dry and non-porous surface.

Surface preparation:

• If painting the surface prior to installation, apply two coats of high quality satin or semi gloss paint. Avoid matte finish paint and those containing anti-grafitty agents.
• Paints should be alowed to cure for 3-4 weeks prior to installing a vinyl wall graphics for de-gasing.
• Always clean the surface immeadiately before begining the installation.
• Wipe down the wall with a lint-free microfiber cloth to remove any dust, paying special attention to the wall edges and corners.

Installation:

• When installing vinyl make sure there are no air bubbles left under the vinyl.
• Using an edge sealer glue is recommend on corved edges.
• A Heat gun can be used to soften the material and heat up the adhesive which will result in a stronger installation. Like wise when removing vinyl graphics, a heat gun will help.
