GF 287 RoughMark™ is a 3.0 mil matte clear polymeric vinyl film coated with a high-tack removable (HTR) solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a 90# layflat liner. GF 287’s thick HTR adhesive is designed to aggressively grip onto textured substrates such as brick or block, yet cleanly remove without leaving adhesive residue on the contact surface The 90# liner provides excellent dimensional stability for digital printing. GF 287 accepts a variety of solvent-based, eco-solvent, latex and *UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems. 

Product Specifications

Media Roll Size:

• 54" x 164' (max print size 53" x 150'), 60" x 164' (max print size 59" x 150'). Bigger size sticker prints can be created by printing vertical strips of smaller panels and installing them next to each other with a 1" overlap to create one large graphics on a wall, etc.

 Adhesive Vinyl Characteristics:

• 3.5 mil white vinyl with a removable 1 mil poly liner in the back.  
• Adhesive vinyl with Eco-Solvent ink have a semi-gloss finish. UV ink have a matte finish.
• All vinyls contains anti-mildew chemicals, Moisture Resistance and UV fade resistance stabilizers
• Adhesive vinyl is water proof and washable. 

Please note: due to the nature of vinyl characteristics, a discrepancy of up 2" is possible when producing large scale sticker sizes. Vinyl can shrink from heat, or when rolled or folded in shipping.

• Solvent Ink printing on the custom banners are made with automotive-grade pigments designed to resist outdoor fading for 2 years of no more than 15%.
• UV Prints is with 3M UV ink and have a 5 Year outdoor fading warranty of no more than 15%.
