Canvas on the roll - Not Mounted:

• We include a 1" to 6"  border going around the print area at no charge, please select the option.
• Canvas prints that are not mounted will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard shipping tube. 

Please note: due to the nature of vinyl characteristics, a discrepancy of up 2" is possible when producing large scale banner sizes. Vinyl can shrink from heat, or when rolled or folded in shipping.

Vinyl Banner Characteristics:

• Three-ply material with PVC on the outside layers and an 1000x1000 denier polyester scrim inside.  
• Vinyl banners with Solvent ink have a semi-gloss finish. UV ink have a matte finish.
• All banners are Anti-mildew, anti-UV. 
• Our custom vinyl banners are designed to withstand temperatures as low as minus 55 degrees Fahrenheit and have a tensile strength of 333x281 lbs/in.

• UV Prints is with 3M UV ink and have a 5 Year fading warranty of no more than 15%.

A vinyl banner can last for years if you care for it and store it properly. Here is how to clean and store your banner to make sure it lasts as long as possible.

Removing Creases from the banner sign: 

•  Outdoor Banner Installations: When a banner is installed outdoors and nicely stretched and secured, the crease will come out from the sun rays in 24-48 hours.
• Indoor Banner Installations: Removing the creases from the vinyl banners is very simple. The equipment you need for removing the creases are a clothing iron and a wet cotton cloth. Just place the vinyl banner in a flat surface, and place the wet cotton cloth over it. Once this is done, iron the wet cotton cloth placed over the banner. The steam produced during this process will eliminate the creases in the banner. Proper care should be taken that the cloth iron doesn't make any direct contact with the banner which will result in permanent damage of the banner.
• A hair blow dryer or a heat gun will remove the creases as well, Proper care should be taken that the equipment doesn't make any direct contact with the banner which will result in permanent damage of the banner.

 Vinyl Banner Cleaning:

•  Keeping your banner clean puts out a good impression. Our full-color printed banners are a snap to care for. Echod Graphics recommends using a non-detergent, when needed to clean your vinyl banner. Do not use detergents or other aggressive cleaners, as they can destroy the color print. Use a non-abrasive cloth and avoid all cleaning pads.  
• Vinyl banners must be cleansed with wholly un-abrasive methods. It is incumbent not to use any solvents when cleaning your custom vinyl banners. We suggest wiping down your full color banner with a damp and soft cloth, ensuring not to use any abrasive cloths or paper towels when doing so.
• If your damp cloth with water will not do it and you need to get it cleaner, we suggest you use a mild soap/water solution on your banner. If you do use some soap, make sure that you remember to rinse with water completely to ensure that all of the soapiness is removed.
• It is very important not to use any severe or harsh cleansers or solvents of any kind. Because it may affect the quality of your custom banner. Also, be certain your vinyl banner is dry before putting your custom banner in storage.

Storing your Vinyl Banner:

•  Make sure that you are storing your banners properly when you have to put them away. You want to make sure that you are not folding the banner ink to ink, putting the printed side of ink touching the other side of ink will potentially stick together and damage the print.
• Roll up each banner individually with the print inside and the white back side on the outside, or put newsprint between banners if you’re rolling several together.
• Make sure to place a piece of foam or paper between the first fold or in the begining of rolling up the banner so the inks do not touch.
• Store the banner in a tube. Once you’ve rolled your banner, put it inside the original shipping carton, or buy a large tube.
• Control the temperature. Don’t store the banner in very hot place or where it will be exposed to the sun, or in a very cold place, like your car trunk or a storage unit. Room temperature and dry location is best for prolonging the life of the ink and the banner itself.
