Styrene is a super smooth plastic mounting substrate that is known for its durability, rigidity and strngth. Styrene is resistant to warping, making it an excellent choice for adding durability to prints of all sizes.

15 mil - 15 pt | 20 mil - 20 pt  | 40 mil - 40 pt | 60 mil - 60 pt | 80 mil - 80 pt |125 mil - 125 pt - 1/8" inch

• 48" x 96" sheet size (max print size 48" x 95.5"

 Styrene Characteristics:

• Durability to temperatures as low as -20F 
• Max heat resistance is 180 deg F
• Forming temp is -325 deg F to 350 deg F.
• Sterilization by ETO, gamma, or electron beam 
• No corrosive or noxious fumes 
• 100% recyclable 
• FDA approved silicone coating or denesting agent. 
• It meets FDA standards
  • Use this high impact styrene sheet for models, prototypes, signs, displays, enclosures, and more.
  • It can be drilled, threaded, sawed, sheared, punched and machined.
  • It can also be painted and has excellent forming properties (vacuum pressure).
  • It is non-toxic and odorless, dimensionally stable, has low water absorption, and is heat and electronically sealable. 

Please note: due to the nature of vinyl characteristics, a discrepancy of up 0.5" is possible when producing large scale styrene sizes. Vinyl can shrink from heat, or when rolled or folded in shipping.

Fire Retardant:

• All our vinyls are flame retardant, Meets NFPA701, CA Fire Marshall, NYC (MEA) (certificates available upon request)

Warranty:  

• UV Prints is with 3M UV ink and have a 5 Year outdoor fading warranty of no more than 15%.
